Your donations keep us going.
Adoption fees include spay/neuter, FVRCP vaccinations, Leukemia and FIV testing, deworming, and microchip with registration. Many of our cats receive medical care beyond these basics. Our average “cost per cat” is higher than our adoption fees in many cases.
Our medical expenses range from parasites to more serious problems like eyes. Eyes get infected from being born in the dirt. Sometimes they have to be removed. We may even get a cat or kitten hit by a car with multiple injuries.
Food expenses are also more than simply buying a sack of food. We need kitten supplies which include formula, baby bottles and baby food to wean them. Some cats may be on a special diet.
Other supplies include cat litter (we use a lot) litter boxes, scratch posts, cleaning supplies, bedding, and just about anything else you can think of when raising kittens and caring for adults.
A little help from many people can give us the power to do a lot of good. Please join in our mission to find loving forever homes for as many abandoned cats and kittens as possible.
